What is your procedure if I want my deposited fee back after joining?Upon joining the project, individuals are encouraged to send us an email formally requesting either the consideration of the security fee as the OASIS process fee or the initiation of the process to refund the security fee into their account, with the understanding that the process fee will be deducted from the first salary.

What is your procedure in case I failed the interview. Will I get my money back?Yes, your amount will be refunded and you will get all of your documents back.

What is the procedure for refund?Kindly write us a formal application along with your deposit slip and account details, clearly stating the reason for the refund, and send it to us via mail.

Do you sell Visa?No, while we don't offer visa services as part of our standard offerings, but we do support visa processing for our international clients when they hire Individuals.

What will happen if I got medically unfit?In the event of being declared medically unfit for any reason before visa receival, you will receive a refund of your money and the return of your original documents.

How much time is in between visa received and mobilization?It depends on the policy and need of company. Normally it takes around 2 weeks after visa receival.

Do I need experience before applying?Experience requirements vary based on the position. While some roles may require prior experience, and some doesnโt require any experience.

What is your procedure if I want my documents or passport back while my visa is in process?As per our procedure we cannot return your passport and documents to you. But keeping in view genuine reason i.e. Umrah, Working abroad, Family visit etc. we can return you by keeping additional amount as refundable security (This amount shall be refunded after joining or returning the passport or documents).

Do you provide Visa?No, while we don't offer visa services as part of our standard offerings, but we do support visa processing for our international clients when they hire Individuals. This process is managed through our sister overseas employment promotor, Jaffar HR Services Lic No. 3551/RWP.

What will happen if visa is delayed?Should your visa experience delays, there's no need for concern. Visas commonly require 5-7 months for processing, and we'll ensure you receive regular updates throughout the procedure.

Why do you take the security deposit before client Interview?The security deposit functions as a tangible commitment indicator from the candidate, a practice we have found to be justified based on our experience and industry insights.

What is the procedure in case I refuse to go to your project location at later stage?Your documents will be returned to you; however, we regret to inform you that your amount will be confiscated. This is due to the expenses incurred during the visa processing, and it has also negatively impacted our reputation with the client because of your actions.

What is the rotation?The rotation varies depending on the position; for instance, drillers follow a schedule of 4 months on and 1 month off, while HSE positions typically involve rotations of 2-3 months on and 1 month off.

How does your hiring procedure work?1. Following our clients need, we conduct initial interview of candidates through which we do the screening by verifying the documentation provided. 2. If the individual succeed the initial interview, he need to provide gentleman commitment based on the offer he got, we ensure his commitment by securing as following: 3. Original Passport, Original Documents (which will be returned as he fly to abroad) and a Security Deposit/ Process fee of USD 650/- (Refundable in case candidate failed the client interview or visa gets rejected.) 4. Following a successful client interview, the visa process will be initiated.
